PCOM SCHEDULE OF FEES 2013

Fees to remember Timelines
1. Membership
a. New member entrance fee 1,000.00 As soon as membership is approved
b. Annual renewal broken down as follows: 1,000.00 April up to 1 day before the election during the Annual Convention of the current Fiscal Year*
1) Mutual Aid 200
2) Annual Dues 750
3) ICOH Fee 50

c. Local chapter fees eg: 250.00 varies per chapter: April up to 1 day before the election during the Annual Convention of the current fiscal year *

d. Emeritus member ** As soon as application is approved
1) Mutual Aid (yearly) 200

e. Life member *** To pay total of P 5,200 + Local dues as 1st payment as soon as application is approved
1) Life member fee (once) 5,000.00 Mutual Aid and Local dues to be paid yearly thereafter

3) Local Dues (yearly) eg: 250.00
2. CME
a. BCOM 50% reservation fee, 50% balance on the 1st day of the course
Minimum of 35 and maximum of 50 pax

b. DCOM (Manila) P2,000.00 reservation fee, balance on the 1st day of the course

c. DCOM (local) 30% chapter reservation fee as soon as intent is lodged; Full payment for the entire course has to be remitted at the 4th month of application

3. Exams/ Conferment Fees:
DCOM Application Fee 1,000.00 1 month before the scheduled exams
DCOM Exam Fee 1,500.00 1 month before the scheduled exams
DCOM Conferment Fee 3,500.00 Before the Annual Convention of the current year
Fellow Conferment Fee 4,500.00 Before the Annual Convention of the current year

* Article VI Section 2 of the Administrative Code states that:
1. Annual and Mutual Aid dues shall be due and payable on or before Dec. 31 of each fiscal year.

But,
as approved by 2/3 vote in the last 2 board meetings (April 20 and May 8, 2013 ), the new timelines for the payment of annual and mutual dues are the ff:
a. Eligibility to vote: on or before 5pm on the day before the election
b. Eligibility to be a candidate or to be voted upon : 30 days before the convention

**Emeritus member: Any regular, diplomate or fellow member who has reached the age of 65 and in good standing for continuous 15 years
Note: Free registration to the Midyear and Annual Conventions

*** Life member: A regular, diplomate or fellow member who has been an active member for at least 10 consecutive years and has paid Life membership dues.
